Providing us with personal data and how we use it.

Personal data provided to Hedley’s is stored on our secure servers in the UK
Personal data includes , names, addresses, telephone numbers , email addresses, VAT numbers, your Client’s/ Suppliers contact names , delivery addresses and telephone numbers
Paper copies of our services invoices and collection/ delivery notes which display the personal details above are retained in our secure archive storage facility
If using a third party for onwards delivery /assistance services, the personal data we have collected may be passed on for contact and delivery of goods purposes only
Personal data will only be used to fulfil our services
Personal data will never be sold to 3rd parties nor used for any form of marketing without written consent
Personal data will only be used on a lawful basis

Your right of access

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, which replaced the Data Protection Act 1998 in May 2018, Individuals have the right to be informed about the collection and use of their personal data.

Upon written request we will supply an Individual within one month any personal data which we hold of which they are the subject
Upon written request we will amend an Individual/Company’s personal data within one month if the information held is inaccurate or incomplete
Personal data will be erased upon request by an Individual and if there is no compelling reason for its continued use
